This program will be held in person at the Totowa Library. Registration is required.

There is a limited number of spaces available.

Acitivty waivers must be completed before participating and need only be filled out once per year.

This program will follow all of the local COVID-19 guidelines. This program is limited to Totowa residents only.

Meet our Instructor Paige Sciarrino: Paige is an actress and screenwriter who found yoga at a young age after a family member gave her a "Morning Yoga Routine". She remembers feeling energized, awake, and at peace in a way she had never felt before and has been in love with yoga ever since. She earned her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Younique Yoga in Cedar Grove (Now Flux Yoga) and is currently working towards her 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with LL Studio in NYC. Altogether she has earned 400 Hours worth of training in various aspects of yoga, including Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pre-Natal Yoga, and has more than 350 teaching hours under her belt. She hopes to continue to bring those same things she found as a little girl to the mat as she shares the power of yoga with her students of all ages.
